if you are using the term "everyone", it is still under singular form which means every human being, one by one, therefore the following verb should have 's' for its relation to singular form in english grammar rules. Here's an easy step for you: it's NOT Everyone who KNOW, it has to be Everyone who KNOWS. Be extra cautious if you think you are eligible for gaining a following (especially if you aim an international one). No role model is idiotic enough to be unable to differentiate singular and plural grammar basic form in english.
